Delt is burning!! WTF??

Ok did my normal left delt fina 75mg shot this morning. went in smooth as silk. When I pulled out the pin got more blood than normal, but quickly stopped. (yup aspirated) Wamr cloth on it for a couple mins while messaging.

Now when my arm is down, no pain, no burning, nothing. But when I bring my arm up, It feels as if my delt is on fire!!

Did not shoot into vein. Did not hit a nerver.


Anyone have any ideas?

yea that's how they felt with fina. Bi's hurt a helluva lot worse though

but this is the only shot so far that has felt like this. Second shot in left delt (6 days from last shot)
