dell support....WOW!!!!

so i have a dell laptop, and desktop for that matter, anyway my screen went bad on my laptop so i had to get it replaced

called into tech support, yeah it was kind of annoying cause i did the online chat support, took a little while, okay here is where i am impressed

Called on monday, they sent me box that arrived on tuesday to ship my computer to them. shipped out on tuesday, got to them on wednesday in memphis btw i am in OHIO my computer back by thursday with a new display, i am impressed to say the leas...

anybody have any problems or success with them...i am pretty happy with my dell's

they sent me a new disc drive when my was fucked in about 3 days.

yeah i had a problem with my harddrive too, that was my fault, water accident, anyway hardrive was too me next day....forgot about that

there is an old internet clip around of a phone call from a guy who sent in his HD to get fixed and when it came back it was wiped clean. He had his only copy of his thesis and 2 years of work. Dude was yelling top of his lungs, cursing.. its great

I dunno about therre support. I had a DEll for 4 years, & not a problem, except for a CPU fan.

yes, whic is why i'm hooked on dell 4 life.

they replaced my hd within 24 hours. their support is unbelievable.
