Buy a fresh turkeybreast, ham or whatever and roast it yourself, get a meat slicer, and make your own deli! Its the only way to avoid all the persevatives...
You're wrong about that. Sodium is ok for MOST people. Very few are sensitive to sodium i.e. hypertension. Again, the preservatives are the only troublesome ingredient.
You'd think that with Asians eating 20-30 GRAMS of sodium a day, they would ALL suffer from hypertension
