I don't know about that.....I don't think we can speak to the intent of the poster. Maybe whoever it is really was intending to offend someone.

The law states that its not whether or not the poster in intending to offend. It is whether the reader can see it as truth or done in sarcastic jest. This was shown in the Jerry Farwell case vrs. Hustler mag. Clearly anyone reading this thread would be able to decipher that this was not a 30-40 something black women with 33 kids. Thus it is not slander and protected under free speach.

This is not about libel or slander though..and you still didnt answer why I am the thick one? The post is offensive and the operators(asmins) of this board took it off for that reason. Hustler also runs nude pics..the NY times doesnt because it is not appropiate and it would be offensive to the majority of its readers(my guess)...see the parallel now?

I have learned that some people cannot take a joke. It is those people who cannot take a joke that are the reasons for all the hate in the world. They take everything seriously and are willing to start a fight over nothing.

I have also learned that for whatever reason, a black man can beat a white man anyday. I dont see how this is possible. Dont you think it depends more on the size/fighting skills of the person?

I have also learned that white guys have small dicks...Maybe thats true and could be why we dont get as much ass as the black man. Hence all the ghetto welfare kids around these days tha are tax dollars pay for.

No offense but most people would not say that to someone they did not know as a friend.

I'm assuming that you're not being asinine here on purpose..... I was saying that because you will probably find blacks more easily in urban areas....a majority of blacks will find that offenssive..no matter where they live!! Happy Now??
