Hey, sup people...

I was wondering how many reps and weights to do if I want muscle definition...

Like more reps, and less weight, or something else...
 
Muscular definition is a function of diet and, to a lesser degree, water retention.

You cannot train to look hard. There is no program for gaining definition. It is a result of low bodyfat.

Manipultaing glycogen stores through carb loading will make you look fuller, creating the illusion of "looking harder and more defined" but only at very low bodyfat levels.
