It's a diuretic bro. Take a double dose with lots of water and you'll lose the bloat in no time.

Sweating isn't a bad idea either to get rid of some of the water under your skin but still hold it in the muscles.

I did a double dose twice today myself because I wanted to drop a little water. A little warning...if you go out afterward, make sure you're close to bathroom! I was pissing my brains out all night!
