here is kind of a question that i am asking out of vanity.
how can i get more defination when i am not using a muscle.
when i am excercising i had very good cuts, veins, striations, however when i am not using a muscle or flexing i simply just look "fat". Fat my not be the word to use but, i have no shape what so ever.
can i correct this via diet, and lowering my body fat, growing more muscle size, or are some people just not able to have good mucle shape when not flexed.
