Do you ever go into GNC and see those little Abercrombie boys with the gelled hair and fake tans carrying a bottle of protein and creatine in each hand and laughing in your head at them? Well that was me 5 months ago. I was 142lbs at 5-8. I"m sure people on this board could have curled me. Well I was sick of it. This was my post last month, and this is how far I have come. I am freaking proud of myself. I can't help it. I benched 200 today and I let everyone know it at the gym. By the way i've stoped doing bicep curls in the squat rack and doing v-ups on the flat benches.

I have reached my goal!!! I hit 185 yesterday for the first time. Wow, how great it feels to lift a 45 and 25lb plate on each side. I felt like such a beast. By the way I started lifting for the first time in my life 4 months ago and I could do 115 one time. So yeah, I'm so freaking pumped! I did this weighing 150lbs by the way. 225 here I come!!!!

March 26th 115lb at 142

April 23rd 150lbs

May 27th 160lbs

June 26th 185lbs at 150

July 29th 200 mother freaking lbs!!!!! at 156

I've gained 14lbs of pretty much all muscle. Thanks for all the inspiration and advice. When i get 225 you will probably hear me screaming from NY. 2 plates, i can almost feel it.

that is awesome you have put more on your bench than I have over the last couple of months.....be proud, you deserve it

Good job! Sounds like you're on a mission. Keep up that intensity and you'll be redefining your goals before you know it. :)

Congrats on the excellent progress!
Keep lifting and eating.....and of course reading this board.
Keep it up!
