How to Decrease (Downregulate) Estrogen Receptor Amount

Hello everyone.I have just registered after lurking for many weeks.

I did some search and found fulvestrant can downregulate estrogen receptors.But its too expensive.Also proviron is said to downregulate but i couldnt find any study.So other than these is there a way to downregulate estrogen receptor?

I got my hormone levels checked several times and my levels were normal.But i have symptoms of hypogonadism especially mental symptoms like low libido , lack of motivaton etc for a long time.I tried testosterone (testogel,enanthate) it feels good at first but in a couple of days their effects diminish.I think this is because of aromatisation.Then i tried proviron since its nonaromatising and it felt great all the time.So i think my body especially my brain tends to convert testosterone to estrogen (there is lots of local aromatisation in brain)

I will be taking femara starting from monday but i am not sure of its effectiveness on brain.So i want to try different mechanisms (AI and downregulation) to see which works best on brain.

For starters, what do your labs tell you?

There are many nutritional reasons for feeling like shit. A deficiency or imbalance in basically any nutritional element can manifest in a staggering array of side effects.

If you tried test then you should have been monitoring test and estrogen levels and taking an anti-E if needed to keep E levels in check. If not then your not following proper methodologies for best results.

If you were getting labs and kept E levels in check, then you have other problems related to nutrition that no amount of drugs will fix. Hell id wager your low T (if you actually have it) is also just a side effect of nutritional deficiencies. Its a world wide epidemic.

I think i have a healthy diet.I eat fruit vegetable salads everyday , eat lots of protein and stay away from junk food.

My last three lab results:

Free T:41/22/35 normal range (8-54)
Estradiol:23/33/27 normal range (11-41)

The problem is brain produces its own estrogen locally by aromatising testosterone.So even though my body in general have a good testosterone/estrogen ratio my brain may have low T/E ratio.

So i need something passing to brain and prevent estrogenic effects.

And therin lies the problem. Our food sources today are depleted of many nutrients. Its nearly impossible to get everything you need from food alone.
