Decca for muscle repair

Bigtimes

New member
So my friend has injured his lower bicep tendon where it joins the forearm muscle. Would Decca help to speed his recovery, if so should he do a low dose/ short cycle.

I'd try GH or one of the GHRP. I injured my MCL during an ATG squat, and no amount of test helped it. But GHRP helped.

Cortizone shot and Anavar for muscle repair. It repairs muscle washing

cortizone shot doesn't repair a damn thing except tell your brain its fixed when it isn't.

i would never ever ever get a cortizone shot from an injury unless i was literally on the ground and couldn't walk.

people need to learn to listen to their bodies and rest.

Cortizone and deca trick the mind into thinking the body is repaired, which is even more dangerous.

You think you are ok when you aren't, and end up making the injury worse or prolonging recovery.

Take time to rest. Look into TB500 and ostarine during the period away from lifting...

Cortizone should be limited to pro athletes such as NFL players who support their families with their body...

Agreed! it's like putting a band aid on an inner tube, the injury is still there it's just covered up.

Best thing you can do is rest & heal.

It depends. If he has structural damage then NO.. If he has a strain or something minor then YES...

I love cortizone has helped me a lot when had nagging injuries with lots of scar tissue built up but in general not the best approach.

Low dose eq and 2ius a day of gh

Both substantially increase collagen synthesis

Don't do a cortizone shot it will only decrease inflammation but it also decreases collagen synthesis thus making it possible to get more injured

no one is argueing cortizone doesn't work well bro. we are saying it should be a last resort.. if you have nagging injuries cortizone can turn those injuries into chronic injuries long term as you continue pounding away.

the best solution for nagging injuries is rest. or at the very least avoid hammering away at them. if your shoulder hurts for example take a week off.. if it gets better than you can work the shoulders just don't go heavy and hammer away.

Ok thanks for the feed back, he has and an ultra sound and results when no tears but a thickened tendon.

I think I'll advise him to rest and try work around it.

Thanks again
