Anybody got any suggestions for mixing in some Deca on a Sust 250, Winstrol cycle? My current cycle is 500mgs per week Sust for 12 weeks, mixin in 50mg Winstrol ed for the last six weeks. Just got my hands on some Deca and was wanting some of you pros to tell me how to best include it in my cycle. Thanks for the help. This is my first week on, done 500mgs of Sust already.

My buddy used to always run deca, dbol, test and he was jacked in the 90's

It varies, but just make sure you run more Test that Deca. If you are running 500mg/Sust. You could go with 300-400mg/Deca/wk. I run 600T/400D.
I kick it with 40mg Dbol first 4-6 weeks. Then Anavar, 60mg last 4-6 week.
Don't forget Caber, HCG, and AI, just in case Mr. Gyno shows up at your door.

300mg's is safest against bloat and gyno IMO.

So just throw it in any old time, my source has it in hand, but I wont have it till next week. He is reliable so I know Ill have it by next thursday, could I just shoot 300 mgs at once when I get. Or wait till the next week and split up.

What really worked for me was over 8 weeks

Wks 1-4 Dbol @ 35mg ED
Wks 1-8 Sus @ 500mg EW
Wks 1-8 Decca @ 400mg EW

The Dianabol at the onset helps kick start the cycle while you are waiting for the longer acting Deca and test to take effect.

Nolvadex should be on hand in case symptoms of aromatisation become apparent.

Clomid should be used post cycle commencing at 14 -- 21 days after your last Decca jab.

My Preferred dosages are 300mg day 1, 100mg next 10 days and 50mg last 10 days (21 days in total). This always worked for me and would also add some Nolva as always had on hand but many do not like Clomid

You may hold a lot of water from this brought about by the Dianabol and the testosterone but this can be reduced by the use of Nolvadex / Tamoxifen at 10mg ED i found but if not used then add into PCT


The dosage of Dianabol may be divided out through out the day and taken every 3-4 hrs as it has such a short half-life.

The SUS and the Deca can be split down into 3 shots per week: 250mg of test (1ml) plus 100mg of Deca (1ml) mixed into the same syringe, and another of 200mg of Deca (2ml).

In terms of dosages etc then you could look at reducing to 200mg Decca and 250mg Test EW as you have not given much info on size, training etc.

Some will say the dosages i state are too high but this game is all about opinion and i what i found optimum.

You can also add winny at the end as well as i used clen and e/c/a during / post pct

I am 3 weeks in on a test /deca /dbol cycle rt now . Test 500 deca 400 . Deca always puts my dick in the dirt so I run the test a lil higher . No problems so far ...plenty of wood and starting to make some nice gains . Just me but I prefer EQ to deca but i"m nursing a bad shoulder so decided to go with the deca this time and run a Test EQ later in the year...

Why do you prefer the EQ to Deca? Just asking I can get either. If EQ is better and Ive heard alot of guys who say its good. Any thoughts?
