Deca/sust cycle

I started a cycle of Deca/Sust. Sunday night.I plan on doing 400mg of Deca and 300mg of Sust.My question is how often do I inject Deca?Would 5 days be sufficiant enough?Thanks Bros

you dont start a cycle and THEN ask something like this man... is this your first cycle?

deca has a 15 day half life.. once a week injections are fine
