Deca or EQ

im going to be starting a cycle in the upcoming months. its going to be prop, tren, and either deca or eq... my main goal is to lower my bf and add lean mass.. i've always done eq.. i dont know why. i guess because eq is awesome and its always given me good results.. but lately i've been able to get deca a lot easier than eq. and its a little cheaper. so i was wonder what you guys suggest. stick with eq or give deca a try.. will deca lean me up just the same as eq.. again my overall goal is to lean up.. thanks guys
 
No type of AAS with "lean you up" (with the exception of maybe Tren) It is your diet that will cause the decline in your body fat. Based on your goals, I'd go with Eq. Little to no water retention, good stregth and vascularity. Tren, Eq, Prop would be a great combination to help achive what your going for.

how would you run it i was thinking
wks 1-12 400 mgs of eq
wks 1-8 prop eod
wks 6-12 tren eod
 
I would do this
Eq at 400mg/week for weeks 1-10
Prop at 100mg/EOD for weeks 1-12
Tren at 75mg/EOD for weeks 5-12
Then directly into your PCT!

What about some Var? I would def not do the deca over the EQ.

It's all about personal prefrance. You will find some guys who would chose Eq and other who swear by Deca. Types of AAS effect everyone in diffrent ways. I personally bloat off Deca pretty bad, but it does give me some good muscle/strength gains, not to mention it relives joint pain like nothing else I have ever used.

Even tho I know its not you in the avatar, I'm almost afraid to disagree, but....

theres lots of studies that show var burns abdominal & visceral fat (at least preferentially). from personal experience, I never see 6 pack unless I'm on var even with constant diet.

LOL.....I have heard the same thing. I was judging only on what I have seen through my own results. I have used Var and didn't notice anything in terms of fat loss but that was partially due to my diet (ate clean but consumed at least 4000cals/day) however with Tren, I can let my diet slide from time to time and I still manage to drop my body fat %

depends what you want.. deca is usually used in a bulking stack i made good size gains on it, but thats what i was looking for.. i'm still not big as i want, but im going to get there a lot slower from now on with shit like eq/primo/deca etc...no more test or highly andro compounds for me the sides outweigh the gains...
if you use eq and it works for you, no reason to fix it if it aint broken.

Anyway, I've tried both several times and Deca gets my vote. Like Mustang said, it's great for joint pain. I always get better gains off deca and not too much bloat for me.

Sorry should have explained a little more, I've only run a few injectables and I play basketball 3 times a week so EQ is the best for me because it allows me to play pain free it actually helps.
