deca or eq or both after keto diet

i couldnt find the original thread:confused: so here goes
im going to go on a keto diet diet for 12 weeks, during those twelve weeks i will be supplementing t-3 at a dose of 6mg-12.5 mg to keep my thyroid awake. i dont think i will have to taper down to nothing but may do evey other day for two weeks after diet is done. then when those fourteen weeks are over hit a light cycle of liquidex/deca or eq/ test along with a zone type diet for increasing lbm without going over board gaining bodyfat.

what do you think of the t-3 scheme?
what do you think of the light bulking cycle post diet?

im looking to drop a lot of weight
 
DO NOT take the T-3, during Keto diet..you'll damage your thyroid more so than if you were on a carb based diet and taking t-3..

why? one of the main sources of fuel for your thryoid is glucose..when glucose is unavailable, the ketones are the next source of fuel...same as your brain needing glucose but can switch over to ketone use as fuel..

anyways, there is T-3 downregulation during a ketodiet..there is a reason for this: your body dowregulates it to spare protein! This is why people swear to losing pure fat on a CKD and NO muscle..its because of the T-3 is lowered so that protein cannot catabolize..

If anything, go with only clen or eca during CKD diet, then take your t-3 while BULKING so that your BULK will be mostly muscle and little to no fat, you'll get quicker protein synthesis (with the addition of T-3 + extra calories), and your thyroid will be low to begin with because of the 12 weeks of dieting..hope this helps

also remember that because of your dieting for 12 weeks, that the T-3 will JUMPSTART your metabolism so that conditions for anabolism are optimum (hmm..say that sentence 10 times in a row!):D
 
i'm doing the exact same thing...

im dieting down now on a no carb diet ( crums diet ), and then will do a light bulk after by doing deca/test and adding carbs to a couple meals after my workout

thanks for the info on the t3 kak... i was doing the same thing as well. I have been taking 10mcg a day for a few days now. I'll just stop it and do that on my bulking phase.

no problem...thats why im here on this board..i got so sick of that fucking chat board..its moronic..this board actually has a purpose: education

Knowledge is power, especially in the chemical supplementation game.

Really its nothing scientific or anything..its just logical...based on the fact that the T-3 downregulation is what SPARES muscle during CKD...yeah sure, you dont lose fat as FAST because of the downregulation but everything you lose is FAT..so you have to ask, which is more important?

Plus, how awesome will it feel when you lose all the fat you want and then you bulk with some drugs AND T-3 and ALL you gain is muscle and NO fat? You'll not only be shredded from your dieting, but you'll be seriously seriously HUGE!
