Yeah when I did my first cycle the guy I worked out with had never juiced either so he decided to do a deca only cycle He did QV Deca 300 for 5 weeks twice a week (which was 600mgs a week and at the time we were just following some local advice which was unresearched and I came to realize a few months later how stupid that was!!) so anywho needless to say he saw some strenght gains and some small mass gains but it wasnt worth it, and he and I for the matter were very dissapointed, but if this is a first cycle he should follow the "standard procedure" and throw some test in there and run them for 8-10 weeks ,which is what my buddy should have done in retrospect, overall I and probably most people on the board would give a thumbs down to a deca only cycle and say stack it with some test.
