DECA: Inject once or Twice per week???

deca is very long lasting ester. once a week would be fine, but if you like injections u can split it however u would like

It probably would not make much of a difference to do it once a week. But usually I take a shot- three days off- shot approach with deca. It theoretically is better for overall blood volumes... but the difference is minimal.

i do mine once a wek at 400mg/week. seems to be working fine for me. i hate sticking myself a lot so i do it all at once.

Agreed - once weekly for 3ml or less and E4D for more than that.

once a week in your glutes is good, note that the half time of steroids can vary by 70% depending on where the hormone is administered

deca is a slow acting compound, you will be okay with once a week shots, but i always do mine twice a week
