Deca, how does it heal and what does it heal

i have had elbow joint problems for over 5 years.
I could never lift very heavy because I was scared of the pain that would follow for days afterward.
Using something like the dyna ball and doing a lot of wrist rotations has helped.

However, I think the 400 mg of Deca I have been shooting for the last 3 weeks has really helped. I can lift as heavy as I want now with almost no pain.

But, now I am wondering if the pain will come rushing when I go off deca? Is it bad to stay on deca year round, maybe at a lower dose? What are the side effects of long term deca use???

it definitely heals joints rather then masking the pain like Test. Used in 2 cycles and it healed some painful joints including a nagging popping collar bone, never had those problems again. I believe that blocking cortisol is one of it's actions.
