Deca hasn't kicked in yet- on week 4

1st cycle, week 4. wks 1-2 were only 200 mg Deca, weeks 3 -4 were 400 with 30 mg dbol ED. I dropped the dbol do to excessive bloat after 10 days.

Here's the problem: I'm still waiting for anything to kick in. Strength is the same, stamina is slightly improved. I know that I should've started with 400 mg/week, but I didn't have the high strength stuff at that time. (and I didn't want to shoot 4 ml/wk either)

Should I keep going? Add something else to the mix? I have Sust, anabol, and Var but being that this is my 1st cycle, I don't want to get crazy. I am somewhat positive that the gear is real because it came from a reliable Internet source.

Ideas?

Eating 2000-2500 mostly clean.
 
Have the gear tested or PM a mod to get a sourcae check to make sure.. but yeah, if it was 200mg the first 2 weeks.. you may not feel much as that is JUST starting to kick in.. give it some time
 
Let me understand....your doing a deca only cycle, and had dbol, but dropped it after 10 days? Bro, get some a-dex and hit the dbol again. Also, you need about 300-500mg deca WITH TEST....and have your test higher than your deca. Run this
How much sustanon you got? Run 500mg sust ew, 300 mg deca ew and 30 mg dbol a day. Get some a-dex for bloat hcg/nolvadex. Or if you dont wanna buy adex, use your var @ 40-60mg a day. Then, you will see resultS!
 
your calories are way to low...up it to about 3500.

also being 40 and doing deca alone with no sust your littlr one is not gonna be to happy
 
Deca can take a while to get in the system. The dbol on the other hand should be making you an animal. You are not eating enough. You should get back on the dbol and get an anti-estrogen to address the bloat. Do not be afraid of taking 4ml a week. The geriatric residences of nursing homes commonly get a 3ml injection EVERYDAY. You just go two ccs in each limb. If you are not wanting to take 4ml because it hurts, then I would ask if you are taking underground gear. If so, you should get some pharmaceutical quality from a reputable firm.

I have 4 weeks of Sust left at 500 ew. I can get more before I run out. So, If I'm 4 weeks into this "semi" cycle, should I plan for 8 more with 500 Sust and 300-400 Deca? If I put in just about 2 weeks of Dbol should I only run 2-4 more or should I head straight to the Var? I also have blister pack Napo on hand now so I feel a little more confident in it's authenticity.

Also, should I split the injects something like Mon- Sus, Wed - Deca, Thurs-Sust? I am aware of the short ester issue with Sust so would it be more beneficial to go to 3/week shots (750 total). At that rate I'll be oozing oil.

I will up the cals as recommended. And I have hcg/nolva on hand.

honestly bro...my best advise to you would be to ride it out a bit longer without adding and waisting anything else then do your PCT...then research a bit more, get everything you will need for a complete cycle (and i mean conplete) then start over the right way.

not putting you down but it seems like you should have researched a bit more. next time...hit test @500mg/week for 10 weeks with a good anti E, throw in the dbol for the first 4 weeks if you'd like, and you'll be happy like a pig in shit :)
 
Believe it or not if this is the first cycle of your life you would "feel" even 200ml
of Deca per week after 2 weeks of nothing I would say you have bunk gear.
Most people on this web site take way more gear than their bodies can safely use.
I have been in the game since 1982, my last cycle was sustanon 1every 2 weeks, with 300ml of laurobolin also every 2 weeks I would have taken higher doses if the option was available to me, but I was only near my gear every other week for 30 minutes or so,and I still got leaner, more muscular and stronger even on such a sissy dose.
If you want to be in this game for the long run, still have nuts and hair left, be reasonable with your dosages and bust your ass in the gym every day when you are on.
Yes your calories are too low I would look at 3500-4000 per day.

I am only stating that unless you have asoirations to become a professional bodybuilder then you don't need to take as much gear as you might think.

I am 40 years with 234# at 5'9" and my girlfriend is 24 and hot so I must be doing something right, and when we are in the sack she is reaching around trying to find my nuts or feeling all the zits on my back and shoulders.
Just a thought............
