deca/d-bol first cycle how to get the most out of it???

i am 5-11" 195lbs. i am about to do a 200mg/25mg deca/d-bol cycle.
i have a butt load of creatine and protein but am not sure on when and how much to take of them?
is there any other supps. that would be good to take?
also what should my eating habits be?

If you are looking for size, which I guess you are with the dbol I would take in about 300 g of protein a day split over 6 or seven evenly spaced meals. Your calories should be in the neighborhood of 4000 kcal per day. Those are the basics. Make sure you get in some red meat such as steaks and what not. I always gain better when I eat red meat. It is not the greatest for cutting, but when you are looking for bulk it is the shit. Just make sure it is lean.

basically, right now i am looking for some size but not too much because from what i understand d-bol/deca cycle is pretty good,

currently i have a flat bench of 300lbs. my body fat % is about 17+ not quite sure.
i want to put on some more size while lowering my bf % to about 12 or less.

any help?

Hit your weights hard......then do about 20 minutes cardio....I usually do skipping rope/running.

Take in about 250gms of protein a day,and stay away from carbs as much as possible.Eat lots of fat,no carbs and cardio and your BF will go down.

bro....u need to make up ur mind....u cannnot cut and bulk at the same time, its very hard, and ur askin to drop 5+% bf while bulkin, def not happenin...if u wanna cut and bulk...a fina/winny/test prop cycle is what u want...but thas too harsh for a first cycle....my opinion.....cut down w/o juice....or maybe with juss winny to maintain strength and mass along with an ECA to help u burn that fat away...shred down a decent amount (like 5-7%)....and then bulk away with ur deca/dbol cycle...juss EAT EAT EAT, puke, EAT EAT EAT again...and pound ur muslces into submission with heavy weights.....

Yea bro, just get swole I would add some test to that cycle to prevent deca dick. and cut later. My first cycle was 300mg deca 200 mg test for 10 and d-bol for 1-5 I did well even at low doses. good luck
 
If you already have the Deca/DBol, this post is useless however if you main goal is to add some size as well as lowering your BF, this is what I would do as a first cycle.

Go out and buy 12 amps of Organon Sustanon as well as 28 pill of Arimidex (or 28 mL of Liquidex) as well as a package of Clomid

Take exactly ONE vial of the Sustanon every 5 days.
Take ONE Arimidex pill (1mg Anastrazole) every 2 Days
Use the Clomid for post-cycle therapy.

With this EXACT first cycle, I have literally seen over a DOZEN guys add 10-20lbs of lean mass as well as lower their body fat a significant amount.

This is a fairly cheap, reliable and safe first cycle.

Side effects are very minimal with the use of Arimidex. If acne is a problem, simply get yourself some Accutane.

It is, in fact, possible to gain lean mass and lose BF in the same cycle however it will take A LOT of hard work in the gym as well as a clean diet.
