alrite bro....hope i can help a bit....I have only done one cycle, and i got some bad mentoring from an older buddy...
My cycle was:
dbol 50mg ED 1-6
deca 300mg e4d 1-10
Now, I did get bloated from this, but my diet was not 100 percent all the time.....i had a little fun on the weekends...
BUT i WAS noticably leaner while on, i just noticed at the end and coming off i gained some fat and water, lost the abs..but gained 35 lbs total, 25 of which AT LEAST were solid gains....kept 90 percent of my strength, blew past a shitty plataeu i was stuck in...
I did not do a PCT unfortunately, because i did not do my homework, and trusted my friend, who told me i did not need one.
Luckily i did recover fairly well...i think:/
