DECA and TEST gains

Which is easier to keep gains from after cycle is done deca or test

I know everybody on here loves test, and with proper use you can keep your most if not all of your gains with either drug, but IMO using deca is much easier and more likely to keep your gains.

From my expereince I tend to keep more of the Deca gains post cycle.

Discounting water weight, keeping muscle gained during a cycle is the same no matter what steroid you took. There is no "Deca muscle" or "Test muscle", there is only muscle.

I would use both and double your gains.
