deca and surgery

teenytiny

New member
I am going under the knife soon to repair a couple partially torn tendons. As this is purely a procedure to correct a problem with tendons, might there be any advantage to taking deca for its joint lubricating quality during my recovery? Let me know anything else that may speed recovery. BTW, procedure is call a shoulder slap/shift, (orthoscopic).

a lot of people benefit from site injections with deca when trying to recover from an injury like that. You still have to remember to take it slow though, dont try and rush it otherwise your likely to end up hurt again.

Thanks for the input, I will definitely go slow on recovery. Doc said about 7-9 months until I can really lift heavy again. Bump for any more opinions...

You can probably do it a little faster than the doc said but make sure you dont push yourself too hard..there is a difference between being motivated and being dumb.
