Deca and cyp...

So not going to do anything crazy, can't make a huge amount of gain because of the job. 10 week cycle test cyp and deca. I'm running the deca at 250 a week what should I run the cyp at 250 or 500, like I said can't make a crazy gain... I'm 22 5'7 160lbs normally take in 190g of protein 3800 calories. Can anybody help maybe with what'd I'd expect to see?
 
what are u like FBI or somthing? no employers give a fuck if u run cycles, nor do they test for it either...

either way, if u just want a little boost, deca is a bad choice... it will make u look like a water balloon... i would just keep it to a little test and the shorter the ester you run the better...

so bro, how many cycles have you ran before?

you still are so young and could gain at least 10 more lbs. natty if not more... i wouldn't recommend any cycle at this point but if you are intent on doing so, let me know how many cycles you have ran... deca is no joke...

I haven't ran any aas. I'm going through two bad rotator cuffs and from what I hear the deca is pretty good on the joints. The army can and will btw. I ran a SuperDrol clone and epi clone for two cycles and put on 20lbs in 3.5 months but not to big on the oral. It reamed my liver even with a liver cleanse and water. I have goals and I'd like to meet them. Been lifting more for strength than anything else. I just don't put on weight easily.

First of all you need to start concentrating on Repairing those joints because any hormone you add will surely tear them up, add some gelatin to your shakes, and get a joint repain. start training to work around your injury, if it hurts don't do it. another exercise will accomplish the same.

you have ran AAS bro.

anyway if you don't want to put on weight then why do you want to juice? just for the joints? if thats what you want then all you need is omega's.

why not read the sticky's above and do more homework, seems like you are all over the place.. you don't want to gain weight, but you want to gain strength. you have bad rotator cuffs but you lift heavy. you only weigh 160 but say you gained 20 pounds. so you weighed 140 when you first juiced?

doesn't sound like you understand the concept behind bodybuilding at all.
 
I don't body build. I'm a grappler we put on weight for strength and cut it off. Id like to get back in the game lol. I just wanted a bit of advice on deca and cyp and knew someone here could help.
 
for joint relief you would want to use a lower dose of deca... more like 150mg/wk, i have used npp for that purpose at similar dosage...
you would have more control of its effects with npp...

I agree that npp is a better choice than Deca for a guy that doesn't want people to know.

However, my opinion is that you are still too small and young and that you should allow your body to mature more.

I was having a pretty bad elbow pain. Had it for over a year. Within 8 weeks of Osta (MK-2866 from unique), that shit went away. If you tried that, there would be no fear of getting "big". It's also easy to control because it has a 24 hour half life.

ugh.. dude you cannot just take steroids and wish for something to happen and have it happen. ie. put on exactly 5.6 pounds of weight for strength, then lose 5.6 pounds of weight.. its gonna be determined on DIET and diet alone.

all AAS do certain things, have sides, will shut you down, etc etc. but anyway you want advice on deca and cyp.. what specifically do you need advice with?

you are all over the place with what you want. in theory deca and test will cause you to gain weight.. lots of water weight, plus that combo really gives an appetite.
