Deca 300 first cycle

I never use any of this before so can somebody suggest me if deca 300 is ok for first time user,how to use it and dosage where to inject .how long cycle you suggest?and some other info for me .i will be glad
so i see deca is not good for first time ,what you suggest
38years
training one year most cardio and some weights
150 pounds
no serious dieet at moment ,low fat

For you to even ask that question lets us know that you need to do A LOT more research before you even consider using anything. Not trying to be a smart ass, just trying to keep you from making some major mistakes. Do your research.
 
You're 38 and been training one year ,mostly cardio-some weights, Dude you seriously need a good training regimine & Diet down pat before you even start if you don't anything you use will be gone after you stop.

diet is paramount, especially with deca. my guess is that you are no where near your genetic limits in terms of muscle hypertrophy.

first train for a year only using basic, compound movements such as the squat, deadlift, benchpress, rows etc.

second, shoot to consume 5,000 calories ED with about 30 % of those calories being derived from lean protein sources such as fish, eggs, whey, cottage cheese, chicken etc.

log your gains. you will be wasting your potential and gear if your training and diet aren't on point.
