Debate: Var Vs. Growth

My friend and I are debating which one is better...He says GH I say var....

He plans on using GH without Slin....5iu's/day

I plan on using Var....60migs/day

I feel that Var will do the same thing...as GH...without Slin....Reduce Fat, Increase LBM...and also allow me to keep my gains just like GH....

I think GH has to many variables and unusual side effects...Must be refrigerated...no shaking during the mixing process...growth of head organs...and othe rbody parts...etc.....I just do not think that GH does much without Slin? Thoughts?
 
In terms of overall body comp changes,there is no comparison.G/H is pretty effective for fat loss(particularly in older males),but var is infinitely more anabolic.
 
Got to agree with Huck. I'm an old fart so I get a big kick from gh and use it regularly, but I have never found it to be very anabolic. Var, on the other hand, gives me great strength increases and gains I can always hold on to. If I could afford it, I'd be on both year 'round.
 
So....aside from cost...if you had to choose one...what would it be? I really appreciate your input BTW!
 
hey guys i am on a cycle of var and i am getting fucking cut!!!!
my diet is 8:00
morning 2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites
protein drink at 10:00am
can of tuna/w/rice
protein drink at 2:00pm with tsbp of anpb

workout
after workout 8oz steak w/cottage cheese and protein drink sometimes lobster to.

i use flax oil,fish oil, and milk thistle also during the day. i just wanted to let you know what gains i am getting from the stuff with this diet. you should do some var its really good stuff
 
Woo...What is your dose and daily timing of doses? Glad to hear you are getting some serious results...
 
hey nj stacked i am doing them at 8:30 am 25/mg and at usually 4:00pm 25/mg 50/mg a day. fuck if i could afford it i would do 80mg/ed but this shit is expensive
 
how long are you going to run the var and how long is he going to run the GH

in the short term (8-12wks) var at 60mgs a day should produce more noticeable results then the GH

if your diet is right i think you should do the var and you will have better results than your friend on GH..

just my opinion

I would add a whey only shake right after the workout and push the steak meal back an hour

i would also add a protein or protein/fat meal closer to bed time depending on how close that steak meal is to your bed time (i sound like a kid now) if its close and you dont want another meal maybe a protein blend shake..

carbs i would adjust if you FEEL you need them.. ie getting run down at time no pumps in gym or lack of energy..

i would definately up the protein until you are at about 1.5-2 grams per lb of body weight.. especially if you are trying to cut while on the var. if you are trying to bulk more.. which it seems like you are not i would add more carbs..

but if your cutting you have very little to loose by adding another shake or two in there..

you didnt give your weight or training schedule so this is just a general guess leaning towards excess protein.

I am also a very active person and the protein really helps me preserve muscle.

For cutting, i would stick to GH, but for muscle growth, Var is deffinatly better. The best would be eating a slight surplus, with GH and Var. Get cut and big at the same time.
 
bro , have you ever done var by itself??....i have never done GH but i can tell var aint shit by itself....my results off of BTG var(straight from the pharmacy so 100% legit) 40mg/day were comparable to i would say 100mg of test/week.....thats right, i got way better results off 200mg/week of test only than var only. and with test dosages that low I dont get any of the bad sides..water retention , gyno, etc.....thats just my opinion based on my experience and for that reason i will never waste my money on anavar again......
 
There is no way, cuz in 2 weeks i gained a significant ammount of muscle off of 35mg a day. I would say that you were not timing the dosage good, and that you were not eating enough protien or calories. I dont mean to say you dont know what you are doing, but i just cant understand you not getting good results off of var. You may think you have better results on test, than on var because there is no bloat while on var.
 
i was spreading out my dose, and i was eating teh same i do on every cycle...im not saying i didnt gain anything , im saying that for the money anavar costs ( i didnt pay shit, insurance covered) its not anything special,maybe i was expecting too much, since everyone says how great it is my expectations might have been to high.
 
You are comparing apples and oranges.

Depends on your goals.

Var is a relatively safe anabolic steroid which by itself produces some serious strength gains and a moderate amount of lean body mass.

GH can be used to reduce bodyfat but there are other effective products out there as well that do the same thing for less.
GH can increase endurance for athletes.
GH in high doses along with testosterone and insulin my have a synergistic effect on muscle growth.

Everyone complains about the price of Var but it pales in comparison to GH.
 
Why choose?? use them both - that's what I do - execllent LBM gains and no bloat! Nutropin Depot + 60mg/day papervar, 25mcg T3

I'm feelin it bros. This is my first time trying var. Been on for a wk already and the sick pumps are beginning. Will do 9 wks like this then switch to:
250mg eod Sust or Testoviron
200mg eod Eq
