dealing with people

I've weighed the same weight I'm at now before but since I've started my cycle my composition has changed to the point of people acknowledging it. I don't do this for a certain look or to be noticed/attention. Im doing it more for a personal challenge and to find my own potential/limitations. Can I ask the forums opinions on how to deflect or minimize peoples assumptions. I would post stats but I didn't feel it's relevant to the question. Also if I posted this in the wrong forum I apologize.

Its more in your head. Tell people you got into p90x or bought a gazelle/thighmaster /whatever. No one not in the know really knows, ya know?

move to another city where people won't notice you changed your appearance..

or just tell them 'yeah i used to do a lot of cardio so i stayed smaller, but now i just focus on weights' .... some dude at the gym blew up from skinny as a rail to big in like a month and i gave him a hard time about it and winked at him 'yeah you did it naturally' .. and he laughed and sorta winked back and then said 'yeah gnc supplements' lol. really i shouldn't of said anything like that to him, should of just complimented him and left it at that. but as humans we like to give others shit about everything, its nothing to take offense to.. you should take it as a compliment

I dont think you are overthinking it at all....people do notice and will make comments. Like everyone here says, just think of a pretty good logical answer and stick with that. Or you know what they say...tell them the truth, no one ever beleives it..hahaha. Just kididng,.

Tell them to fuck off or you will kick their ass with your new body.

LOL just say you got a new diet and way of training and you are a naturally good responder to that sort of stuff.

New workout, diet, training partner.... I find people I see every day don't notice much its when you run into someone you havent seen for a couple months things can seem pretty dramatic, but your average chap has no idea about working out so nothing to worry about anyway ; )

What I always say...Tell them your on steakadrol and chickenbolan... Or say you have no idea what I have to eat...or just tell them okay you caught me...I ordered age less male and a shake weight.

But really man, it should be a compliment...use it to motivate you more.

The people who DONT look like you that comment are people that will never look like you. Even if you put the tools right in front of them, paid for their diet and personally trained them, they couldnt do it because they are weak. So they feel the need to comment at you.....because you must be "taking roids" or doing something unnatural right?
Its like the fat girls walking down the street that see the gorgeous perfect 10 chic and go ughh....bitch.

I know I've had comments too in the last year or so like: whoa! It looks like u ate someone!! Or: on the juice eh? Even my neighbor tried to call me out on it!! People at work, friends, everybody!! I guess that means I'm doing ok...take as a compliment

Yeah don't let it bother you at all if it's someone you don't care about you can get in their face but everyone else just brush it off

Thanks guys. it's nice to get some feedback and different perspectives from people on the same page. I appreciate it
