I see dudes in HISCHOOL gym doin them HEXIGON bars doing so much more weight than they can straight bar.
and they all like its better support for your back or some crap.
and when people deadlift they like dont use your back.
i thought using your back was part of the deadlift?
is the hex bar of straight bar a better choice?
