........I do pullups?? This is what I do on my back day:
40 pullups
5x5 deads
3x10 bent over bb rows
I'm not sure if I should start with the deads, or with the pullups. I've done it both ways and kind of like starting with the pullups first. It gives me a nice stretch and allows me to get ready for heavy deads.
