I dont know, even with 200lbs, bar goes up easily but i feel so light headed after few reps and out of breath. I do deweight it to the floor but i have to stand up for the breath and then continue.
What do you think should i reset the wieght few weeks back or continue doing 2-3 reps, catching breath 10-20secs and finish my set ?
Though in rippetoe its only one set of five but same day is heavy squat do so its hard =)
