Knee is fine doing deads and I get fairly low - not sure what's up there. Playing w/ some 20's to see if the higher rep work will ease up on my tendons - seems like every week I get a new twinge or something...
Thanks Sarge. On DL's it's a chalky Over/Under till 365 then I use Over/Over w/ tampon strings wraped around my wrists and the bar (some refer to as straps). I have switched jerking off to only overhand - feels more better IMO.
