Deadlift video (new angle)

Looks OK as far as I can see, however it does look like your knees are locking out faster than your hips.

You need to "fall backwards" as you pull up.

Well, there's a little mantra we use to lock out deadlifts that goes something like:

"F**K THE BAR!!! F**K THE BAR!!! F**K THE BAR!!!"

This is really a hip thrusting movement. If you remember that, your timing should improve.

Yeah, in my garage. Got squat rack, adjustable bench, dip/chin stand, pulldown machine, dumbbells. Wish I had more room in there...

I like to thrust my hips forward as soon as it clears my knees. Fire your hips forward as if you were engaging in the procreational process.
