to think these fuckers dont hurt themselves...i do a few extra reps while a bit dehydrated and strain my back with proper form...lolol..these people throw it around like a circus act..
 
funniest part is its not even heavy, towards the end of the video he sort of half curls it trying to lock it out. wtf is that lol?? if he can do that its prob like 180-200 lbs lol. i love when he starts the lift, he jerks sooo hard on the bar i cant believe he didnt pull something

I think it's a joke, though. I mean, the guy does sort of curl it at some point.

I don't remember the specifics, but when I first found the video a few months ago I think I read (maybe in the youtube comments) that this guy was making fun of a dude on a different forum who always posted DL vids. Apparently the guy always posted vids of himself lifting pretty heavy but with horrible form and then bragged heavily about it. Something like that.

Even though I know it's a joke, it still cracks me up every time. :)

The guys is making fun of the "Diesel Weasel" (his name is something like that).
