Deadlift PR

Pulled 245 for 3x5 yesterday, conventional style. Legs started shaking on the last few reps, but I hammered em out like nobody's business. Grip was rock solid with no straps or gloves. Next week I want 255 for 3x5. :supercool

Good job bro. Start hiting them legs a little more, that way their not your week point. For the longest time I did very very little leg work and my deads and bb rows suffered for that.

Goodfellow, squats are my only quad exercise at the moment, I have considered incorporating something else but am undecided right now. I definitely need more power in my squat, I struggle with 225 3x5.
