I havent done deads in almost 2 months since Ive been concentrating on upper back and the last time I did deads I got 225 for 6,today that felt easy so I added more weight and pulled 245 for 6
and my diet is under 1700cals a day
bad news was my forearms got so pumped that I could barely finish my sets of chins without cheating,and I couldnt even start bi's
hope everyone else is still hitting the big pr's
