As part of my workout I did:
8x95
5x135, 175, 205
3x 235, 260, 280, 300, 315
Couldn't lift 325 off the ground, I tried 4 times lol.
Not anything amazing here, but it's my first time touching 3 plates per side
. I've been deadlifting 3 months now; started pushing my limits the past 3 weeks.
Think I can get 405x3 by mid August??
Also my knees are aching like crazy and crack more than they should, should I be worried?
