Hey guys I am a heavy Deadlifter and for the first time i tried this machine to just give it a shot. Its the one with 4 handles people usually use it for shrugs, I wanted to try it as it puts my hands on a different angle PALMS FACING ME and i love it. Really felt it work and really blew out my traps. I will never change traditional deadlifts for machine but i am now planning to do it every Third week
Wk 1 DEADLIFT
Wk 2 RACK PULL
Wk 3 HAMMER STRENGTH DEADLIFT
I know some people are against machines rather then free weights n all but please give this a go and see how you feel cause you might love it or it might not be for you. I honostly couldnt do traps after it as i was too fatigued after it.
