i mean like its easier the less you weigh usually if someone weighed 230 couldnt do as much as i could because they weighed more even though they were way stronger
not really a routine i talked to saibot and he said just to practice, so almost everyday in the weightroom ill do a couple sets, everyonce in a while a will add weight
I can bust 15 on a good day. I weigh 185. I'm glad you put deadhang pullups to be clear.... I hate it when someone dips from chin over to half way down and back up. Its cool for just pumping but you always get the "I can do like 30 pullups!" line.
