dead lift

idc, as long as you always do them, some way, some how.....dumbells, barbells, kettlebells, sandbags, engine blocks, ice blocks, rear ends off of plymouths furys, logs, frogs, dogs, etc.......

I always used an olympic bar myself, but the gym I'm at now has a hammer strength dead lift station.

Has anyone had long term experience with this? I find you really need to shuffle around to get into the best foot position because it's not intuitive.

Hmmm...ice and plymouths don't exist here....
