Short n sweet, tonight I tryed to DL 495 with straps and a belt, alt grip style and I had it up to my knees and I gave out :mad: what could be the problem and what should I work on. Im starting to stagnate on my DL's and Benches for 1 rm's ...my back is killing me now.... :mad:
 
You could try some deadlifts out of the rack with the bar set at knee-level. That way you're working on your sticking point.
