Long story short i shattered my wrist playing soccer roughly a year ago. I am just able to start working out again b/c of complications with my wrist, my scaphoid (i think that s what it is called) ended up dieing. So, with a F*&^%$# wrist like i have i am not able to do any barbell work. Not b/c Dr. said but b/c it hurts like no other. I only have about 30% movement in my wrist now, and can only do dumbell work, as this is the only thing that does not make me scream like a little girl. I can handle dumbells up to about 60lbs before my wrist starts to give.
Question: i need some chest and arm routines, it seems w/o being able to use the barbells i cannot get the same growth in my chest and arms. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...
