three of them, basically knocked on the door, had a picture of me and asked to come in. I did not get arrested. They asked me questions, asked if I had anymore in the house, I gave them what I had.
I asked if I was giong to jail or anything they said no. They said the investigation is geared towards some supplier. they said they would be knocking on doors all day for this.
I called the guy later on cause I was so scared shitless, I asked him if he can get me any info, he said that dont sweat it, you are not going to jail.

What do you guys think, am I going to jail? He said the worst that could happen is that later on down the road I could get booked, but it probrally wont happen.

by the way, all I had were like 4 10ml bottles. They knew I was not selling. they did not even search the house. Just kind of did a walk through.

Did they name the supplier???
Is it domestic or international???
Where do you live???

I think if they were gonna arrest you they would have done it then and there....you may end up being called as a prosecution witness or something like that and if you dont agree they would put the heat on you by threatening to arrest you, you know playing the game.

dddaaayyyyuuummmm....hell nah!! Thats crazy bro..i'd be freakin too..cant say if your going to get into trouble or not...just cause they didnt arrest you then, doesnt mean they dont have an agenda for you....bottom line, DEA coming to your house WITH YOUR PICTURE..is not a good thing...

ok, so I am in the clear?
no, they did not name a source, they said mexico and that is it.
they said if I was going to jail it would have happen there. I asked about down the road, and they said it depends on what the investigator doing this whole thing in Cali wants. I am in missorri.
Man, I am freaking out today. No criminal background, would ruin my life. I do have to go down monday morning and fill out some paperwork, I guess like a statement and stuff, no booking though.

Honestly....I dont think you are..you know how cops are...they say "your fine" then a month later coming to your house to place handcuffs on you...they wont tell you what they are up too...hint was when they told you it DEPENDS on what the investigator will do..so really...its in the air.

Lawyer Time.. That's what they go to shool for an y they are much needed and appreciated in America.... With that being said you shouldn't say type or even utter another word... Good Luck

needhelpfordea said:
why does it sound fishy they had my picture?

Because chances are, if they already spent time and $$ staking you out and photosurvellence of you... they wouldn't just dismiss it so casually.

I personally know someone that was popped with over $25,000 worth of roids and they never photo'd him. Even though he had been under observation for a while.

I no its to late but you shouldn't have opened the door, you should of flushed your shit down the the toilet. I wouldn't believe anything they say cops and other goverment officials lie all the time I would get a lawyer asap. Good luck

needhelpfordea said:

AAP is right...the picture thing sounds fishy...why is it fishy...means they have been keeping a close eye on you (surveilance)...what kind of picture was it? DMV pic or regular pic?

lawyer up freind! cops like to make you think they're nice guys and if you help them out they'll go easy on you. Did they have a warrant? Something seams all wrong about this to me.

No warrant, just your DMV I.D. and they took your stuff..did they give you any paperwork? card? something telling you you have to go down to the station and make a report? or did they just tell you this take your stuff and leave??

Ok, who is the source. let's get that out of the way. Post up or PM a name. Because if they on to you, they are on to others.

I did not ask for a warrant, to scared, my mind was not working correctly.
they gave me a card and said just come by monday morning.
I have contaced collins office.

they may have already popped the source and the source is working with them ...keep your home and cars clean ...get a lawyer and going forward do not admit anything or volunteer any info with out your lawyer there to guide you...it was easy to get the DL photo all they needed was a name and addy ...but if the investigation started in Cali then HOW DID THEY GET YOUR NAME AND ADDY ...keep an eye out be leery of the people trying to talk to you ...do not talk about this to any body in person other than your lawyer ...just my thoughts on this matter...I tend to be paranoid though ..

sorry to hear this is happening ...

good luck just remember get rid of everything you have ...the fact that you gave them stuff will let them get a warrant ..they may not of had enough to get one in the first place just a name ...now they have you and proof ...it cant be said enough never admit to anything and get a lawyer

needhelpfordea said:
can I avoid jail time?

what you gave then was a small amount .this can be a misdemeanor no jail but a record and probation..(your lawyer can handle this if they charge you for it )

needhelpfordea said:
they said they had invoices

Deny DENY deny.

Be polite but do not bother thinking these guys are your friend.

First a remailer, then Bruce Lee, and now this?

they may have been lying as well ..dont believe them ...just try to do damage control on what you confessed to

You should also “clean your computer” there is some good software out there to help with that. Your computer will certainly be taken if they come back for more!!

Lil story for ya. A few years ago I was working at a hospital, and I had a drug problem back then. I stole a few vials of Morphine, and eventually got caught. I was fired, and never heard another thing about it. Like 1.5 months later, a cop called me, and asked me if I could come down to the station to sign some papers, so he could close the case file. I agreed, and went down. They immediately cuffed me, and arrested me. I spent 48hrs in jail waiting to see the judge. I beat the charges in the end, but the point is they lie and trick you, and still arrest you. Talk to a lawyer, put him on retainer if you need to..... Ask him if you should actually go down there to sign papers? Cause it could be a trap to arrest ya. Sorry this happened to ya bro.

Fuck that..if they got something on you i would burn your PC trash it destroy it...whatever...cleaning it out may help but if you or the product misses something that can be used against you then your jacked...if you get out in the clear...A brand new PC wont cost you much!

dont go this extreme ..if you are worried about this ..just pull the hard drive out and destroy that ...they cost about 80 to 200 to replace depending on what you want

I would even leave it in pieces so it looks like you have been working on it

I have a buddy this happened to. They knocked on his door. Showed him pics of packages he received. They asked to come in, he asked to see the warrent. They said will get one and then your getting arrested if you want to go that route. He let them in. They took all his shit and he had a good stash. Nothing ever happened to him it's been over a year. So who really knows. My guess is there looking for bigger people to bust.

Formatting the hard drive will take care of this. Unless i missed something in my computer lab, and the professor didn't know what he was talking about.

Yeah I wouldn't do this unless I followed the advice of the quote given below. If you do go because you are scared, go knowing you may very well be placed under arrest, and be prepared for it.

buffer1 said:

I hate hearing shit like this. It sounds like as of now, they don't intend on prosecuting you. Just keep it cool and cooperate without giving them anymore info (like from your computer, etc.). The only reason I could see them changing their mind is if you piss them off. Then again, if you've already contacted a lawyer, take his advice over anyones.

It won't, you may have, and he probably didn't.

Until ALL the data is overwritten on a hard drive, it is still there, it's just not visible to the Operating System.

KidnKorner said:

Well formatting the HDD doesn't actually get rid of the info completely. It just erases the link to the information. Making it unobtainable for most people, but there are programs that will allow people to obtain this information(namely law enforcement). So the only way to truely get rid of the information is to destroy the hard drive with force, or magnetize the sumbish!. I prefer the latter, as it doesn't look as obvious, that or you could trash the old one, buy a new one, install your OS and everything, and just don't visit any steroid related sites or contact any sources etc.

No word yet on who this source is. This needs to be named and out with. I have checked a few other places and no mention of a recent bust. (yet)

As far as destroying the computer, what is the point? He already gave them the gear. They KNOW it was his. they have hard evidence directly from him to them at this point, why bother to bring in someone to dissect an e-trail.

KidnKorner said:

When I said be prepared, I should have said have your affairs in order. Have Cash for a bond if possible, try to schedule a few days off just in case to avoid having the embarrassment of explaining work absence. Recruit a trusted friend or family member to do work for you on the outside if you dont have legal representation. Talk to a bail bondsman and try to prearrange things if possible. This option may not be available in your area due to the fact there aren't any charges, but it doesn't hurt to find out, and get educated. All this will help minimize your down time locked up.

Something I also forgot to mention is that you simply retaing an attorney may be enough to piss someone off to want to prosecute. I saw someone said try avoiding pissing them off. It's not unheard of. At any rate you have to do what is best for you. It's you who needs protection. In the end its the federal prosecuter who decides who gets prosecuted, not the DEA.

Hey bro, can you answer a few questions for us:
1 when it was the last time you ordered,
2. did you use a PO or PMB box (not that it matters, they had your pic)
3. do the packages you order have your name, or your initials on it?
4. are you using western union?

I ask because I am sure all of us are probably want to know weather or not the DEA is going to knock on our doors since the source probably wont be revealed.

also, we are going to help you as much as we can with our experience, help us out.
thanks
PG

Oh man, this is too easy! I was short for my upcoming cycle, so I dressed up in a suit and scared this guy into giving me his juice cause I said I was the DEA! Man i'm slick, I think next I'm gonna come scare indy out of his cars, cause they look sweet! J/K
Sorry, this thread just needed some humor, i thought...

But yeah, any info you can give would be VERY helpful, the questions that pharmguy asked would be a GREAT start, need to make sure everyone is safe, and see about new(better) ways to cover our asses.

I think if I get more than I already have I'm going to have to keep it in 2 separate spots, one small stash to pawn off just incase, and the rest of the stuff in another hiding spot, which would be flushed i'm sure as soon as i had to pawn off the first stash :-p.
But yeah, sorry to hear that bro! Word for the wise, don't give them shit w/o a warrant, if they don't have one, its most likely because they don't have enough on you to get one. Yes they might go back and get one after you deny them, but in the time it takes that to happen you could have tons of stuff down the toilet :-p

bump for source name - I am also wondering if something like this is more likely with domestic sources. I am thinking that it is - If there is some big supplier in Europe or Asia, the DEA isn't going to give a shit about 4 vials sent to the US.

Of course, getting your gear through from overseas alone can be enough to put the finger on you.

Be careful out there.

Exactly I had to learn the hard way about law enforcement.I did cooperate with them(NOT GEAR RELATED)and all it did was dig me in a hole that cost me a ton of money for lawyers to dig me out.My advice GET A LAWYER ASAP.

Your the dummy for giving them your shit and admitting guilt! If they dont have a warrant politelly tell them you have no idea what they are talking about. 'Yes, you can come in and stand in the hallway to talk but NO you cannot look around.' But never admit guilt! So what if they have your picture! There just trying to scare you so you talk. You fucked yourself by giving them your gear! I would have pretended like I had no idea what there talking about. If there gonna lay charges theres nothing you can say at the moment to get you off. Trust me, Ive been thru this before. Just call a lawyer and he'll tell you the same thing. And whatever you do dont rat on the source!

Those DEA guys probably shooting up with your gear right now.

This is what I think also. Did they look like they lift? Did you open your mouth where you train? I bet one or more of these guys train in your gym and over heard you talking. Or somewhere else. They took a photo of you and you freaked. When you gave them your stuff you were confessing to a crime. At this point they don't need a warrent because you confessed. You did everything wrong! And they didn't even kiss you.

From Rick Collins site:

If You've Been Arrested...

Call an experienced criminal defense attorney immediately. He can advise you of your rights
while in police custody and help protect you from hurting your chances in court. He can
prepare for and appear at your arraignment, arguing against the prosecutor's request for the
judge to set bail. He can thoroughly investigate your case and interview witnesses who may help
you. If appropriate, he can help present your side of the story to a grand jury. Ultimately, he
can challenge the evidence against you in court proceedings such as suppression hearings and
trial.

IF YOU ARE STOPPED ON THE STREET:
If a police officer stops you on the street, you are not obliged by law to answer any questions he may ask. You can simply say, "I do not wish to speak to you" and walk away. The police officer, however, may attempt to continue the contact through further questioning. If he suspects you of a crime, he will try hard to get you to say something that can justify arresting you, and that can later be used against you in court. How to deal with such an encounter depends upon numerous factors. If you have been involved in illegal activities and the officer seems to suspect as much, you would be very foolish indeed to answer any questions. Even statements of intended "denial" may seriously hurt you in court (i.e., if you deny the burglary but admit you were in the neighborhood, or if you deny being drunk but admit "only a few beers"). In this situation, if you are free to leave, you should excuse yourself and do so immediately. If you are not free to leave, you are essentially in police custody and have been "arrested." Talking to the officer will not change that. You should say nothing except basic pedigree information (your name, address, date of birth, etc.). Call or request a lawyer immediately, and refuse to answer any questions without a lawyer present. Sign nothing.

IF THE POLICE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU:

If the police are calling your home asking to speak with you, you may be a suspect in a criminal investigation. Quite often, the detective will seek to question you on the telephone about the incident, and then ask you to come voluntarily to the station house to "straighten things out." If you go to the station house, you will probably be asked to talk further about the case. Ultimately, you will be asked to sign a statement giving "your side of the story" (but usually written or typed by the detective). While this might seem like a golden opportunity to get out of trouble, it is often a trap. The statement will generally be constructed to include an admission of some guilt in the matter. After you sign it, you may then be handcuffed, fingerprinted and photographed. It is sad to discover later that sometimes the only basis the police had for arresting a person at all was the statement he or she gave to them. Often this statement (which the prosecutor will call a "confession") is the most damaging piece of evidence at trial. The best thing you can do if the police come to your home or call for you on the telephone is to answer no questions and call a good defense attorney immediately.

The police can sometimes arrest you even without your statement. For example, if the police are in possession of an active arrest warrant or a bench warrant (a warrant issued for failure to appear in court), they will come looking for you. If they do not believe you are a flight risk, they may call you by telephone and try to arrange a voluntary surrender. Another example is where the police believe that they already have enough evidence against you to constitute "probable cause" (although no warrant has been signed). Since your arrest may be unavoidable under these circumstances, it may be wise to voluntarily surrender rather than force the police to find and capture you. Of course, it is crucial that you do not make any statements to the police or answer their questions, and that you quickly obtain legal counsel. An attorney can negotiate the terms of your voluntary surrender in a manner which can minimize your time in police or court custody. A person who voluntarily surrenders on a warrant is always looked upon more favorably by an arraignment judge during a bail application. The manner in which a lawyer handles the arrest and arraignment process in these situations can mean the difference between a release in one's own custody and the setting of a high and unaffordable bail.

IF YOU ARE IN POLICE CUSTODY:

In Miranda v. Arizona, the United States Supreme Court held that prior to any questioning of a person in custody, the police must advise the person of certain rights. These rights, commonly called the Miranda Rights, are now generally as follows: "You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be held against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney now. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you." The police will often read these rights off a preprinted card. They will read you these rights only if they intend to question you. After reading them to you, they will question you in an effort to get you to incriminate yourself. They will write down your statements, and often ask you to sign a written version. Answering questions but refusing to sign a written statement doesn't help you. Oral confessions can be just as damaging as signed written ones. Answer no questions until you have spoken with a lawyer.

What if the police neglect to read you your rights? It could result in a major blow to the case against you. Even a full written confession to the crime can be thrown out of court. And if the confession led the police to further evidence against you, that evidence could be thrown out too! However, although evidence is thrown out, remember that the case itself is not necessarily dismissed. If there is other evidence of your guilt, that other evidence could still be used to prosecute you. Also, remember that Miranda is limited to custodial interrogation. If you are not in police custody, such as in conversation on the street or over the telephone, the police can generally question you without reading your rights. And if you are in custody, but spontaneously volunteer statements (not in response to questioning), the police can write down your words and use them against you in court. The best thing you can do if you have been arrested is to answer no questions and call an experienced defense lawyer immediately.

IF YOU ARE STOPPED FOR DRUNK DRIVING:

Contrary to what some people may think, there is no constitutional right to refuse a breath or chemical test to determine the level of alcohol in your body. You are deemed to consent just by the act of driving in New York State. If you've been stopped and arrested for drunk driving, you will be faced with the decision of whether to take such a test. On the one hand, refusing to take the test has its consequences: your license can be revoked merely for the refusal (even if you're perfectly sober); your refusal may be admissible as evidence of your guilt at a trial of the drunk driving charge; and some prosecutor's offices will not extend reduced plea offers on refusal cases. Accordingly, in New York, where there was no accident, no horrendous driving record, no prior drunk driving or other criminal record, and no evidence of wild or dangerous driving, it is usually most advisable to take the test. On the other hand, if you were involved in a serious accident or have prior drunk driving arrests, it may be advisable not to take the test and endure the revocation rather than provide evidence of your possible intoxication. In addition to the chemical test, the police will generally request you to submit to various physical performance tests, such as walking heel-to-toe and touching your finger to your nose. There is no legal obligation to take these tests. As the consumption of alcohol can impair your ability to perform these tests, it may be advisable to refuse to submit to any performance tests and thereby limit the potential evidence against you. It is also advisable to request the opportunity to contact a lawyer directly from the station house, or to call a friend or family member and ask him or her to immediately seek an experienced criminal defense lawyer. A criminal defense lawyer can often speak to the police who arrested you while you are in custody, thereby gathering information about the case even before it gets to court. He can then appear at your court arraignment to argue on your behalf.

If you examine it a little closer, you will notice that he originally posted this under a different name with over 2000 posts. Later on he apparently opened another account and replied to other posts under the new name.

where do you live and don't you have a peep hole?

Logged on the site b/c I saw the news today of the QV Bust. Been out of the game for a while but figured there would be some doors knocked on.

YOU NEED TO:
#1 QUIT TALKING ON THIS SITE - We are here enjoying ourselves on this site, while your life may be fixing to change.
#2 GET AN ATTRNY (as mentioned Rick perferably, if it is worth it to you and you can afford it)
#3 GET RID OF YOUR HARD DRIVE
#4 DON'T LET THEM IN OR ADMIT TO ANYTHING - OPPS!!! ALREADY FUCKED THAT ONE UP.
#5 CLEAN HOUSE
#6 LOOSE CONTANCE WITH ANYBODY ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR SUPPLIER AND LOOK AS CLEAN AND "REPENTED" AS YOU CAN
#7 STAY OUT OF TROUBLE
#8 AND ONE MORE TIME: KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT

Now with that being said, nobody hear can predict if you will or will not get busted. Most likely they would not want to spend the funds on something this small, but you made it way too easy for them. You admitted to it already, so no further investigation is needed. You now have given them a possible witness - someone to testify against the big boys. But, with over 2000 other bust today, I doubt they will need you for that. So, eventually if the DEA doesnt want to screw with it they will hand it to the local boys, then you future lies in the the position of your file on the prosecutors desk. Or, if the local prosecutor thinks he can use your piddly little bust to attach himself nationally to the bigger bust - obviously for self improvement.

I don't mean anything toward you when I say "piddly" only that in the overall scheme of things it is, but for you personally it could be life changing. I assume that you ordered it over the internet and I assume that there is a possibility it came from mexico. If that is the case, then you are looking at a felony trafficing/importing conviction instead of only a minor possession charge.

I'm not sure of your age, but trust me, you do not want a felony on your record to deal with the rest of your life. Or a misdemeanor for that matter.

I am now a medical student and was in your situation several years back. Completely clean with the exception of a buddy of mine getting caught with juice. He recieved a felony and me a misdemeanor. If I would have also got a felony, my life would be completely different. But, even with a misdemeanor charge, the embarrassment of having to go in front of the admissions board and discuss my past while trying to get into medical school was worse than a beating with a baseball bat.

So, follow my advice: keep your mouth shut, get an attrny, and stay clean.

Hey bro were those guys big and strong? it sounds like a fake to me or you just been punked by some of your friends so they can use your shit man, if they like free gear then i know how to do it now, you should make sure is the real thing, call your lawyer and ask him to investigate the situation.

If not that was a good prank to think about. Good luck bro.
