Set 3 and set 6

Seated Speed OHP: 95x6x2
Set 3 and set 6

Lying Elbow Out Extensions (Tate Presses): 25'sx4x8
Iron Cross Holds: 15'sx3 (These are fun :) )
Bent over rear delt raises: 15'sx3x10
Pull down abs: 140x5x10
Hercules Hold on cable crossover machine: 200 ea. hand x ~45 seconds x ~30 seconds x ~25 seconds.

Fun day. Had a little difficult figuring out the bands, but it was still fun.

i think you are using way too much band tension. it seems like you have very little control over it. do you have mini bands? if so i would use those.

maybe so, but when i was with cheesecake the other day i thought his minis were blue, and thats what it looks like on video.......... so my bad, maybe those are a little purple....lol

They are the light bands. And they are purple.

Liftbig, are you saying that I didn't have control on the way down, up, or both?

exactly...before i even watched the video i predicted it would be like that. using just the bar and bands is actually pretty damn hard to control

I'll try to put some weight on the bar next time and see if that helps.
