95 8x3 alternate grips after 3rd, and 6th set
then 155, 165, 175 for 1 standign overehad
and 185 for 3 standing, no leg drive, no belt PR;!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
incline press with bands-bout 50 lbs tension added at top
95, 135,185 all for 5

30, 4x8 15 sec rest between sets
lat,shoulder,bi, ab, grip accessory work
not a bad workout, happy with the 185 strict presses
