speed bench
135 plus monster minis under the bench, not sure of band tension, not a whole lot.
135x8x2 plus bands
then 185,225,275x1 for singles plus bands.
one board press close grip
135x3

green band pushdown, 2x15
bent rows
135,185x10
225x8, short rests
bar curl
65x5, 85x2x5
face pulls, monster mini doubled 2x15
green band ab pulldowns
clean grip holds
315 2x15 seconds 1x25 seconds
not a terribly hard workout, but not bad on bench considering i have not benched in a month, form felt strange, trying to get feet farther under me and more arch, but did not feel as much leg drive.
thanx to bfold for the work on squat form last night, he said i have "form issues" but i am working on them
