my form is feeling 100times better on my deads..i think its time to start adding weight and dropping the reps down to 3-5 as im not a big fan of high rep deads unless done in a rack purely for posterior work

the seated hammer leg curl hits the hammies very good..
my gym is not equipped with a GHR or reverse hyper so i make do with what i can..

if you have access to a GHR then that is all you need as its far superior to doing leg curls
 
Have you seen how the Boys at Westside do alot of sledge pulling? I did that with a truck tyre. Everyone thought I looked like a real idiot pulling a big tyre around the field in our estate, but the joke was on them when my squat and deadlift started to show some serious increases.

im in a commercial gym and i have stopped worrying about looking odd/strange..i squat in my briefs i use bands/boards/chalk/bench shirt etc..
i dont care..

some people youll find are really just curious because they dony understand
others will be negative and those are the ones i ignore..

keep pulling those tires man
 
You need to get outta that cute little gym you train at bst and go somewhere people can actually spot you. Check on elitefts for either a gym or people around you that PL. Your progression is impressive, but if you lifted with people stronger than you...you would progress even more rapidly which would be astounding.....unless you like training with all the dudes in spandex?....Hmmmm. :D

there is a gym a little over an hour away "iron island" i plan on getting there once i get my trasnportation issues worked out..
