No vids today because i did not have the time to mess around with the video cam, grabbed my bands and ran to the gym.
Speed Box Squats
45x5, 95x5, 135x3, Put on the light bands, 135x3x6 sets nice and explosive, had tension the whole way now ( thx to those who helped me last week )
Power Cleans ( due to time constraints did a 5x3 pyramid instead of the normal 6x3 one weight )
95x3, 185x3, 225x3, 185x3, 95x3
Arch Back GMs ( for core and hammies )
135x6x3 sets
Spread Eagle Weighted situps
25x8x3 sets
i got the speed box squat thing down, next week ill take vids, i really had no time today to do this, but i think my form was a lot better, i stuck my ass out first and sat back, touch and explode up very quickly.
on a side note: this workout was done after one of the hardest practices of the year, middie deathruns for an hour...
