had a good workout. speed was a little slow but that was due to placing my feet another 2 inches out in each direction. on top of that, where as i normally squat with my toes pointed out at a 45 degree angle, today i pointed them straight. which moved my heel another 2 inches out. so im not squating 4 inches wider each leg.............. ouch at one point i thought hurt my knee..... but that is soo much pressure on the hips. i also did sumo speed deads this way too, my hips hurt so bad ........ but thats the point. they are my weak point, and im trying to bring them up.
Box Squat - 185 w/100lb band tension - 10 x 2.
Speed Deads - 275 w/rev light bands - 6 x 3.
Hyper ext - 45 x 5 x 8.
Dimmel Deads - 185 x 3 x 20.
pull thru's w/ light band - 3 x 6
pull down abs w/ light band - 3 x 10.
that was it, besides 2 sets of speed squat where my need twinged i feel good, hips are sooooo sore.
