man im dead today completely fried from the back of my neck all the way down to my heels.

Box Squats - 185 + light bands - 10 x 2.

Speed Sumo Deadlift - 275 + rev light bands - 6 x 3.

Hyper Ext - 135lbs for 3 x 8. (ouch ouch ouch)

Front Squats - 135 for 4 x 10

owwwwwwww

my back was on fire.............. i could stay upright...... so i skipped out on my 3-15 shrugs.......... abs adn grip are optional, as long as i hit them at least twice a week, i will be ok.......... but man, i collapsed when i got home.

oh, and it doesn't help that me and Trinity are using about 25 seconds rest in between speed sets...........man, that really kicks your butt.

looks good man..how are the speed sumo's? i was thinking of adding snatch high pulls instead of speed deads to me de lower. have you ever done these?

well....... was supposed to do 3 x 15 of these after the front squats, but i gave out.....lol

joker makes a good point about pulling faster through a greater range of motion for speed on deadlift, i belive you will see some very impressive gaines from it.
