Box Squats: 115x10x2
Sets 6 and 10

Speed Dead lifts: 185x4x1
Sets 2, 3, and 4

Hypers: BW+35lb platex4x8
Lat pull downs: 90x3x8
Cable pull throughs: 150x4x15 (paused for around 1 sec at top of each rep)
Straight leg raises: 2x10

Fun day today. Still working on my form on the squats and deadlifts. Some of the reps are better than others. However, any help/tips are greatly appreciated.

I can relate to the form re: box squats. Sometimes you nail it perfectly, with good speed off the box... Other times its as slow as a max attempt. All part of the learning process, but I wish it would just click.

Agreed. I wish my form just magically became perfect over night.

But that would take the fun of learning out of it too. :)

Awesome job cheesecake. Box is looking better and..........keep your feet planted when you are pulling! i see a big slip up if you don't. Lock those feet in like yor bolted to the ground and pull, pull, pull.

Real good man. I can see so much improvement in one week. you are looking a bit tighter in all aspects.

I hope "big" in the sense of young man bigger than children. lol I have a lot more swaining and training to do until I can even consider the thought of considering myself anything even close to big. I am a size noodle right now. Maybe I will be able to make comments in 3-4 months. :)
