I wish my box squats looked that good. You look very solid and strong on them.

Thanks guys...

I have realized a few things after seeing some pics of Spatt's and Hannibal squat recently. My stance is about a foot or more closer than theirs. If I take my stance out that wide...my hips go back first and knees don't go fwd... Cheese's stance is a good bit closer than mine too.

We've thought about it...and our stances are 'ok' for us. Can't really think of a reason to squat that wide for our purposes...except to help with a big squat.

Good point. I don't squat wide at all. In sports, my legs would never be the width of a PL squat.

If I wanted to move as much weight as possible, then it makes the most sense to squat that way.

My stance is wide...my toes are about to the insides of the collars of the bar (regular bar, not a Pansanella bar). I think like 52-54" from toe to toe.

i like the way you squat!!!! I see no reason to go extra wide either. Whatever works best for you is the only thing that matters!!!!
